Nominations are being accepted for the 2024 Cross College Awards for graduating students. The application deadline is Friday, April 26, 2024, at 4 p.m. A student may apply for a College award(s) or may be nominated by a fellow student, by a member of the faculty or by others in the College community. Please nominate or encourage a deserving graduating student to apply.

There are four Cross College Awards for which graduates from Spring 2023, Fall 2023 and soon-to-be graduates from Winter 2024 semesters may apply or be nominated. The awards will be presented at the upcoming Convocation ceremony in June 2024.

• The Robert C. Gillett Leadership Award for exemplary volunteer leadership which contributes to the overall Algonquin College student experience.
• The President Rosser Prize for outstanding leadership and participation in student activities and the maintenance of a good standard of scholastic achievement in studies.
• The International House Prize, presented to the best all-round graduating student in a degree, diploma or certificate program attending Algonquin College on a student visa.
• The Steve Stafford Memorial Continuing Education Award for demonstrating exceptional effort while having completed a certificate, diploma or degree program as a part-time student, or having completed the majority of their credential as a part-time student.
